This micro-credential course explores specific and current perspectives on conflict management and change management in the local church context. Students will be introduced to change strategies and provided with tools and insights for their own practice to enhance their ministry effectiveness.

Completing the Micro-Credential Course: At the successful completion of this course, students will be awarded a micro-credential badge approved by Acadia University and Acadia Divinity College to your MyCreds account
Grading: All ADC Expand micro-credential courses are pass/fail
How to Apply
1. Create an Account & Fill out the Application Form
After you've created your account, an application form will pop up. Fill out all fields and submit - it should only take a few minutes to complete. Your application will be reviewed by ADC and you will receive a response within the week.
3. Enroll in the course of your choice
Once you have been admitted to ADC Expand, you can enroll and pay for your course by clicking the "Enroll" button on the relevatn course page. You will not have to re-apply to take future courses and you will be notified when new courses are launched.

Rev. Dr. Kenneth Foo
Ken currently
serves as the Director of Church Life and Leadership with the Canadian Baptists
of Ontario and Quebec (CBOQ). For over
20 years, he has been part of the CBOQ family of churches, pastoring in Chinese
Baptist Churches with a focus on English ministries. Ken lives in the
great city of Mississauga with his wife, three daughters, his parents, and their dog. He loves many forms of physical
activity, watching and participating in sports as well as books, movies, TV
shows and live musicals.
Ken completed his BRE and MDiv at Tyndale Seminary, focusing on Pastoral Theology. He earned his DMin in
Preaching and Pastoral Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
